Allegheny County Bar Association Comedy Night

The Young Lawyers’ Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association is pleased to announce the inaugural ACBA YLD Comedy Night fundraiser. The event will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at The Improv comedy club located in the Waterfront.
Nationally known Mike Veneman will headline the event. Veneman has headlined at every major comedy club across the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. He can be seen on VH-1’s Stand-Up Spotlight, HBO’s Comic Relief and A&E’s Comedy on the Road. Veneman has been a writer for several television projects and has written routines for the Late Show with David Letterman and the Tonight Show. Pittsburgh-native Shaun Blackham will open for Veneman and Gene Collier, the well known feature columnist for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and co-author of the book The Chief, will serve as emcee for the evening. These three are set to provide a fantastically funny evening that you don’t want to miss!
